Our Vision
“You are the light of world. A city that is set on a hill can not be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put It under a basket, but on a lamp stand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”
Matthew 5:14-16

Bro. James Seay,
When the Apostles began to preach in Jerusalem, they focused on Jesus in all they said.
They preached his death, burial and resurrection.
- They proclaimed Jesus as Lord and Christ.
- They told people to turn to Christ in repentance and baptism.
- They did not make an appeal to Pharisees or Sadducees or theological parties.
- The Apostles did not appeal to tax collectors, harlots or slaves or special interest groups.
- They made their appeal to individuals within all those groups and they asked those individuals to come to Christ.
Those that responded were baptized and the Lord added them to the church. Thus there was created s single body of Christ at Jerusalem.

“The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul; the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple; the statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart, the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes; the fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever; the judgments of the LORD true and righteous altogether.”
Psalms 19:7-9
