She serves as Speaker and Secretary for the Adult Protective Services Board of Directors, Region 6, as well as the President of the National Placement and Referral Association. She holds advanced professional credentials as a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Trainer, and Educator, as well as a Certified Senior Advisor and Certified Placement and Referral Specialist.
