Having worked in Law Enforcement for over 23 plus years, and with the Harris County Constable’s Office for over 14 of those years, Constable Alan Rosen’s training, education, and depth of experience makes him uniquely qualified to provide the leadership and management skills needed for the success and growth of the Precinct One Constable’s Office.A life-long Houstonian, Constable Rosen completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston, where he graduated with honors. He is deeply committed to keeping families safe, aggressively addressing crime issues and improving the quality of life for all residents of Precinct One.
