Judith Joseph brings more than 40 years of experience in healthcare, leadership, and advocacy. Since 2017, she has served as Executive Director of the Texas Occupational Therapy Association, guiding statewide initiatives that strengthen professional practice, workforce development, and access to services across Texas communities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University and a Post‑Professional Master’s degree from Texas Woman’s University.
