Abigail Wright, RPh, PharmD, BCGP, MS is a consultant pharmacist and the founder of Wright Geriatric Consulting. With a PharmD from the University of Houston and both a BS and MS from Rice University, Abigail brings a strong foundation in clinical care and health policy to her work. She is a Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and an Age-Friendly Health Systems Champion through the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists. Abigail partners with healthcare providers across care settings to promote safe, coordinated, and person-centered medication use—especially during transitions of care. Through her integration of the 4Ms framework (What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility), she supports improved outcomes, regulatory compliance, and quality of life for older adults. Abigail is also a dedicated preceptor and advocate for collaborative care that puts patients and families at the center of decision-making.
